2. If You Purchased Claude Account + Gmail Access
The Gmail account is not recoverable from our side.
Sign in to the Gmail account on one device only (either your phone or your PC).
Do not log out, switch devices, or attempt to recover the account through us, as we cannot restore access if it is lost.
Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel your order after purchase, you may request a refund. Approved refunds will be 75% of the total payment.

Use the Gmail account on only one device.
Avoid logging out or changing devices.
Please note that Gmail recovery is not available from our side.
Claude Usage Guidelines
Clear your browser history before signing in.
Use a reliable paid VPN whenever possible.
Avoid using a USA IP address.
For better account safety, use Claude only in a web browser and do not use the Claude mobile app.
Do not sign in with the Google account option.
The recommended method is to log in using the email address associated with your Claude account.
