✅ Seller's fault: If we are unable to transfer the gold due to technical issues on our end, you will receive a full 100% refund.

⚠️ Buyer's error: If a refund is initiated at your initiative before the order has begun (you changed your mind or purchased the wrong item) or your character is not eligible to receive the full amount of gold, the refund will be processed with a 30% marketplace fee deducted.

❌ Once gold has been successfully delivered to your account, refunds are not possible.
