🔄 HOW THE STEAM REGION CHANGE WORKS
🔹 We send you a Steam QR code, or you provide login details for account access.
🔹 A virtual card is created specifically for your account, after which a small purchase is made.
🔹 After the purchase is completed, the account region is changed. Please note: the purchased game cannot be refunded.
🔹 In the chat, you will receive a screenshot with the payment details used for the region change.

📌 WHAT IS REQUIRED FROM YOU
1️⃣ After payment, send the 16-digit code (from the payment page) in the chat.
2️⃣ Provide access to your Steam account or log in via QR code.
3️⃣ Confirm the login via the Steam Guard mobile app or a verification code.
4️⃣ Close the Steam client on PC only.
5️⃣ After completing all steps, wait for the confirmation of completion.

🔐 ACCOUNT LOGIN METHODS
QR Code — we send you a QR code, you scan it in the Steam mobile app and confirm the login.
Account details — you provide your login and password; access is confirmed via Steam Guard or an email code.
Backup code — login using account details with a backup code (the fastest method, no additional confirmations required).

⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION
▪️ Starting from 01.08.2025, accounts with .ru email domains may encounter an error during region change — be prepared to switch to a .com email.
▪️ Steam Guard does not need to be disabled and is not recommended to be turned off.
▪️ The region can be changed once every 3 months.
▪️ On new accounts, region change is usually available immediately (in some cases, a waiting period may apply).
▪️ Any existing wallet balance will be converted according to the Central Bank exchange rate.
▪️ To reduce the risk of restrictions, it is recommended not to top up the balance or make purchases for at least 24 hours.
▪️ Steam Kazakhstan / Ukraine top-ups are available via CIS top-up services.
▪️ Steam India top-ups are available via skins or recharge codes.

Changing the Steam region is regulated by the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

There is a risk of account suspension or ban when changing the region.
