- "To activate the gift card, provide additional information."
- "The code could not be activated because it can only be used in this country: Turkey."
- Error PRS-GCRPM-01 or similar.
In this case:
1) In any of these cases, the gift card may be cancelled by Google.
2) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CANNOT BE PROVIDED and this is not a basis for returning the code you purchased.

- Login to your Google account
- Go to the website

- Activate the purchased Google Play gift code.
Activating the Google Play gift code on an Android device:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Go to payments and subscriptions
- Select "Redeem code"
