📦 How you get your order

✅ Ordering (automatic code sending): In the section "Contact information" → "Additional information" note with a tick "Yes, I want to send a unique code to the seller". Click "Save" - the code will be sent automatically.

Message (manually): Copy the unique code on the purchase page → Open “Record/Contact with the Seller” → Insert → Send.

🔁 Warranty: replacement 1:1

We provide a simple 1:1 replacement policy for each order, but it is accompanied by conditions that prevent abuse:

- Cover: problems of the first use (invalid/unused key, non-working credentials).
- What we need: a brief description of the error + simple screenshot (coil the confidential data) if necessary.
- Result: replacement of goods with a similar after quick inspection. - Not covered: the rule is based on the application or the product itself

Combating abuse: repeated or inconsistent claims, exchanging data, as well as attempts to return payments and replacements cancel the guarantee and can lead to the blocking of the account itself.

If you liked the order, positive feedback is very useful. As a thank you, we automatically issue a small gift card after the publication of your review.
