🛡️ WARRANTY

📌 The warranty applies only to the subscription.
💳 This is a payment and activation service. The seller’s obligations are fulfilled once the subscription has been activated and the account has been delivered.

🔧 After delivery, support is limited to subscription faults:
❌ The subscription was not activated or cannot be used.
❌ Paid features do not work.
❌ The subscription status is displayed incorrectly.

🛠️ In valid warranty cases, we will resolve the issue or complete the activation again.

🚫 NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

⛔ A Midjourney ban or account restriction.
🔑 Loss of access to the account.
✏️ Changes to the login credentials.
📉 Limits or policy changes made by Midjourney.
🤖 Actions taken by Midjourney’s security systems.

💰 Unused days are not refundable. This is a digital service. The subscription is paid to Midjourney in full, in advance. Midjourney does not reimburse the seller if the account is later banned, so remaining days cannot be converted into a refund.

📌 Buyers must review Midjourney’s terms before payment. The seller does not accept liability for decisions made by a third-party platform.
