⚡ How is the order fulfilled?

1️⃣ After payment, provide your EA account login details and backup authorization codes. You can change the backup codes after the order is completed if you wish.

2️⃣ We log into the account and top up the balance with the selected amount of Apex Legends Coins.

3️⃣ Once the coins are credited, you check the balance and confirm successful order completion.

🔐 Security

All necessary actions are performed solely to complete the purchase. We recommend updating your account password after the order is finished.

📩 Please note

In some cases, successfully purchasing coins may require linking or changing your email address to a Gmail address (@gmail.com).

This is not always necessary; most orders are completed without changing your current email.

🕒 Fulfillment schedule

We process orders daily from 10:00 to 00:00 Moscow time.

We aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible during business hours. Orders placed late at night or early in the morning are processed once the workday begins.

↩️ Refund policy

If a refund is requested for a reason unrelated to a seller error, a 10% fee is deducted from the refund amount. This covers payment service fees and costs already incurred for the order.
