Working project of the UPTIG gas compressor station technology.
The unit is designed to prepare gas transported through the main gas pipeline for its use as fuel for gas turbine engines of gas pumping units, as pulse gas for controlling pneumatic valves of the compressor station and the connection unit, fuel gas for own needs.
Gas heaters and pulse gas receivers are mounted on an open site.
Gas cleaning filters, flow meters, UPIG, reducing lines of fuel gas and gas for own needs are mounted in the building.
Outdoor installation category for fire hazard - "An" according to NPB 107-97, explosion hazard zone class according to PUE - "B-1g".
Explosion and fire hazard category of the premises in the building - "A" according to NPB 105-95; explosion hazard zone class according to PUE - "B-1a".
The main gas pipelines of the plant belong to category "B" according to SNiP 2.05.06-85*, gas pipelines for own needs: with a pressure of 0.6 MPa - to high-pressure pipelines of category P, with a pressure of 0.3 MPa - to medium-pressure pipelines according to SNiP 42-01-2002.
