Financial model of management accounting CRM:
1) The financial model presented here is universal and includes 5 financial functions at the same time, namely modeling, budgeting, management accounting, control (plan-fact analysis) and CRM;
2) The modeling horizon is flexibly configured;
3) All input parameters of modeling, and there are more than 300 of them! are collected in one tab MAIN, from where the financial model is managed;
4) The financial model is universal and supports the ability to switch in the MAIN tab the CRM modeling and budgeting modes;
5) On separate sheets of the model are calculated: unit economics, break-even point, all the main financial and economic coefficients, investment indicators, incl. assessment of the market value of the business according to the Gordon formula through discounting the terminal cost of the project on the modeling horizon, and also sensitivity analysis is performed both for quantitative characteristics and for the price
