A wooden rod with a length l = 1.0 m and a mass M = 5.0 kg can rotate around an axis perpendicular to it, passing through the point O located at the upper end of the rod. A bullet of mass m = 10.0 g hits the lower end of the rod, flying perpendicular to the axis and to the rod with a speed V0 = 200 m/s and pierces it. After the impact, the bullet continues to move in the same direction with a speed V = 100 m/s. What proportion of the initial energy of the bullet has been converted into heat?
