Product Description
3. In order to determine the content of iron impurities in aluminum, coulometric titration of iron (III) ions with electroreducible tin (II) ions was used. To do this, a weighed portion of aluminum weighing 3.0000 g was dissolved. In the course of dissolution, iron was oxidized to Fe2+. Titration was carried out at a constant current of 9.0 mA for 45 min. Determine the mass fraction (%) of iron in aluminum.
