Product Description
410. Using an optical microscope, the distribution of rubber latex particles along the height of the drop (h) above the glass slide was determined (see table below). The latex was preliminarily fractionated to a monodisperse emulsion with a particle radius of 212 nm, the density of which was higher than that of the dispersion medium by 0.2067 g/cm3. The temperature of the experiments is 20 °C. Calculate the Avogadro constant from this data.
h, µm 5 35 65 95
n* 100 47 22.6 12
*n is the relative number of particles.
