Product Description
An electron, accelerated by a potential difference U0 = 500 V, flies into a flat capacitor parallel to its plates. The distance between the plates is d = 4 mm, the potential difference between them is U = 10 V. At the exit from the capacitor, the electron is displaced by y = 2 mm in the direction transverse to the plates. Find: the distance traveled by the electron along the plates; the angle by which it will deviate from its original direction.
