📌 Buyer's Responsibility (Important Information)

⚠️ Possible Restrictions or Blocks by ISPs or Devices
The Buyer is responsible for verifying that the service is working properly before purchasing, as internet providers and device manufacturers (TVs, set-top boxes, and phones) have recently been implementing various actions in compliance with cybersecurity laws, which may, among other things, lead to restrictions or blocking of access to certain services.

If attempts to restrict or block access by the ISP or device are detected after connecting, you may need to configure secure internet access applications and change network, device, or app settings. This is entirely the Buyer's responsibility.

⚠️ Choose your product carefully. An incorrect purchase is not grounds for a full refund.

If you purchased a product by mistake or it doesn't fit your device, a return is not possible, but you may be able to exchange it for a suitable product.

A partial refund is only possible in one case: you are unable to connect or receive the product, and all the replacement options offered are unsuitable.

It's important to understand: The Seller will reimburse 100% of the marketplace, partner, and payment system fees, meaning you can only refund the amount received by the Seller. The Seller will not refund any fees or charges.
