Determine the rate of sugar inversion at 25 C at the initial time and when 75% of the sugar has reacted. The inversion rate constant for cane sugar at 25 C is 9.67•10-3 min-1. (When calculating the molar concentration of sugar, take into account the dilution of the solution with acid by half).
