Receipt of goods according to the rules of dota 2 is possible only as a gift. A gift can be sent 31 days after being added as a friend.
The buying process looks like this:
1. You pay for the goods and injure the charges on your steam profile.
2. Personal message sends the administrative code received after payment for the goods.
3. You recieving friend invite.
4. After 31 days within 24 hours, you received the purchased item.
