📢 Refund Policy:
✔️ If the top-up was successfully completed — no refund is possible.
🔄 If the transaction failed due to the client’s fault (e.g., account does not meet Steam Market requirements, VAC ban in Dota 2, client changed their mind, or made the wrong choice), a refund will be issued with a 20% deduction from the order amount.
